This may include allowing a provider to review information you have supplied in order to consider your inquiry, request additional information, arrange a consultation, or assess medical suitability.
We aim to share only information reasonably necessary for the relevant inquiry or coordination purpose.
Independent Medical Providers are separate organizations and may process information they receive in accordance with their own legal obligations, privacy practices, medical-record requirements, and applicable local laws.

In particular, information may be shared with Independent Medical Providers and healthcare professionals located in Japan or China where this is necessary to coordinate your inquiry, consultation, or requested services.
Information may also be processed in other jurisdictions where our technology, communications, cloud, website, or other service providers operate.
Privacy and data-protection laws in other jurisdictions may differ from those in Hong Kong. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances to protect personal information transferred or processed outside Hong Kong.

You should inform us if important information you have provided changes, particularly where the information relates to an ongoing provider inquiry, appointment, or coordination request.
