These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of amazinglohas.com (the “Site”), operated by Amazing LOHAS Limited (“Amazing LOHAS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Amazing LOHAS is a cross-border medical travel concierge and facilitation service. We coordinate access to independently operated hospitals, clinics, medical groups, physicians, and other healthcare providers in Japan and China (collectively, “Independent Medical Providers”).
Amazing LOHAS is not a hospital, clinic, medical practice, or healthcare provider. We do not practice medicine, diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, or administer medical treatment.

All medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, treatment decisions, prescriptions, procedures, and clinical care are the sole responsibility of the relevant Independent Medical Provider and its healthcare professionals.
Medical care is subject to the laws, professional requirements, clinical standards, and regulatory framework applicable in the jurisdiction where that care is provided.
Information on this Site, including information about medical providers, programs, treatments, destinations, and coordination services, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
Amazing LOHAS does not guarantee any medical result or outcome. Information provided by Amazing LOHAS should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
You should discuss any medical condition, treatment option, expected benefit, potential risk, limitation, or suitability question directly with the relevant treating healthcare professional.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention through your local emergency services.
Amazing LOHAS may identify Independent Medical Providers that appear potentially relevant to your inquiry based on information available to us. This does not constitute a medical recommendation or determination that a provider, program, or treatment is suitable for you.
Coordination of an inquiry does not guarantee that any Independent Medical Provider will accept you as a patient, offer a particular program, or determine that any treatment is medically appropriate.
Provider availability, patient acceptance, medical eligibility, treatment planning, and clinical decisions remain entirely within the discretion of the relevant Independent Medical Provider and its healthcare professionals.
When you submit an inquiry or communicate with Amazing LOHAS, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge, including health-related information relevant to your inquiry.
You are responsible for informing us of material changes to information you have previously provided where those changes may affect an ongoing inquiry or coordination request.
We may rely on the information you provide when coordinating your inquiry with Independent Medical Providers.
If you provide personal or health information relating to another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Any Amazing LOHAS concierge or facilitation fees applicable to your requested service will be communicated to you before you agree to that service.
Medical treatment fees, hospital charges, physician fees, deposits, medications, laboratory charges, medical devices, accommodation, transportation, and other charges imposed by Independent Medical Providers or other third parties are determined by those parties and may change.
Where an Independent Medical Provider or other third party provides us with an estimate, we may communicate that estimate to you for informational and coordination purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, third-party estimates are not guaranteed final prices.
Amazing LOHAS does not collect or process medical treatment payments on behalf of an Independent Medical Provider unless this is expressly stated in a separate written agreement or payment arrangement.
Any cancellation, refund, rescheduling, deposit, or payment terms applicable to a specific medical provider, hotel, airline, transportation provider, or other third party are subject to that third party’s own terms and policies.
Amazing LOHAS may assist with the coordination of travel-related services, including appointments, accommodation, airport transfers, transportation, and other logistical arrangements.
Airlines, hotels, transportation providers, insurers, visa agencies, and other travel or service providers are independent third parties. Their services are subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and operating conditions.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, you remain responsible for ensuring that you hold valid passports, visas, travel permissions, insurance, and any other documents required for your journey.
Immigration, visa, border-entry, quarantine, and travel requirements may change without notice. Amazing LOHAS does not guarantee entry into any country or jurisdiction.
The Site may contain information about, or links to, Independent Medical Providers and other third-party organizations or websites.
Amazing LOHAS does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, policies, availability, or operation of third-party websites or services.
Any medical consultation, informed consent, treatment agreement, prescription, clinical decision, medical procedure, or other clinical relationship is between you and the relevant Independent Medical Provider.
Independent Medical Providers are responsible for their own clinical acts, omissions, professional conduct, medical records, and treatment decisions.
We aim to keep information on the Site accurate and reasonably current. However, medical provider information, program availability, treatment information, regulatory information, pricing, travel requirements, and other third-party information may change without notice.
Information displayed on the Site should therefore not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular provider, program, treatment, appointment, price, or service will be available at the time of your inquiry.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its content from time to time.
Unless otherwise indicated, the content on this Site, including text, graphics, design elements, logos, photographs, illustrations, and other materials, is owned by Amazing LOHAS or used under appropriate license or authorization and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent or the consent of the relevant rights holder.
Names, trademarks, logos, and other identifiers belonging to Independent Medical Providers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amazing LOHAS is not responsible for medical diagnoses, medical advice, treatment decisions, prescriptions, medical procedures, clinical outcomes, or the clinical acts or omissions of Independent Medical Providers or their healthcare professionals.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amazing LOHAS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or from medical, travel, accommodation, transportation, insurance, or other services supplied by independent third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Our collection, use, sharing, retention, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable Personal Information Collection Notice presented when information is collected.
Where necessary to coordinate your inquiry, relevant personal and health-related information may be shared with Independent Medical Providers and healthcare professionals, including providers located outside your country of residence.
Please review our Privacy Policy before submitting personal or health-related information through the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. The revised Terms will apply from the date stated at the top of the updated version.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid service arrangement, the terms of any separate written service agreement will continue to govern that arrangement unless otherwise agreed.
Subject to any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
